Agile implementation of redesigned processes
– Success factor for successfully implemented change projects
In addition to actively involving people, the key to successfully implementing change projects is a structured and flexible approach. We use classic project management tools in the order clarification phase, such as project order, risk and stakeholder analysis. We choose an agile design for the planning and implementation phase. We introduce corresponding roles with clear responsibilities as well as a backlog consisting of prioritized user stories and a regular meeting structure.
The holistic qualification of process managers through training in agile process implementation enables the implementation of organizational and business process redesign projects.
The training concept, which has been used for many years in numerous companies in different industries and is continuously being further developed, enables the greatest possible practical orientation while at the same time imparting a broad methodical foundation.
