YOUR TASKS

​

• Supporting the Managing Partner and Associate Partner in operational, conceptual and strategic issues. This will give you a very broad and deep insight into the work of a management consultant.

• Preparation, participation and follow-up of workshops and training sessions with clients (development of workshop designs based on our framework, conducting analyses, creating concepts, preparing high-quality presentations and workshop documents, etc.).

• With increasing experience or corresponding previous experience, taking on sub-projects and independent implementation of workshops (face-to-face and virtual).

• Taking responsibility for work packages as part of our marketing activities (LinkedIn campaigns, creating videos, social media, ...).

• You support the development of our new business unit EVOLUTION ACADEMY, with which we realize the digitalization of our learning journeys.

YOUR PROFILE

​

• You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset. 

• You like to get involved proactively, think for yourself, recognize tasks independently and have the ambition to carry out your work with high quality. 

• You are absolutely reliable, for example when it comes to deadlines. When in doubt, you communicate when time is tight.

• You have an eye for aesthetics and stories, which you can use to create valuable presentations, training and workshop documents, for example.

• Confidentiality and discretion are natural for you.

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics or engineering (or comparable education). Relevant initial professional experience is an advantage.

• You have a strong digital affinity and are proficient in MS Office. 

• Your German is perfect, your English fluent.
